an 18x7.5 is NOT going to look like that. period. (those are probably a picture of the 10.5's)
also why would you want something 7.5" wide anyway?
for less money you can get good looking/better fitting wheels (see the thread about lv240s14 or professir's car those wheels are super cheap, look good, and dont fit like junk. i just picked up some of those myself)
also the offset is not listed, so you have to be careful because a high offset is going to rub.

How do you want then to fit, how low is your car, what suspension do you have, stock fenders or aftermarket? There are many factors for wheel fitment.

17x9 +15
17x10 +15

these sizes will fit decent

check out this fitment thread on Zilvia:

Get wheels w/ pref. as stated by Mando above or you can get spacers, +25mm at most would fairly make it look decent, but preferably, just invest in those new wheels. Just ask here prior to buying it with the dimensions you're going to buy and let the guys give you an approval :) GL

if the stock fenders are good, keep them in good shape! (roll/pull is always good)
no reason to do wide fenders unless you car needs them.
that shit is already played out.

that will fit alright. you might want to run a slip on spacer, but its really a matter of preference.
if wont be horrid though.
