WTBorrow dremmel or any other small grinding/cutting tool

So.... My china HID bulbs dont fit into the hole in my china headlight. FUCK. awesome.
it would fit if i had the ability to grind/cut a little bit of the hole out. 2-3mm at most, probably not even that.
will take like maybe a couple minutes to do. willing to pay if necessary.

oh, and before someone posts up saying this, it is the correct bulb type just for whatever reason the ebay hid bulb is larger than the ebay halogen bulb that was in there and as a result the opening in the ebay headlight. so the opening it a tad too small.

ok, well i dont need the dremmel anymore, managed decently with a file.
but i had a bolt break in the headlight (one that holds in the bulb). so if anyone has a drill i could borrow/rent that would be great. its stuck in plastic, and was cheap china hardware so should be quick to drill out with no need to re-thread. just gonna pop in a self tapper.
