Ok, motor and everything went in find, Car is a 89 hatch no hicas or abs, but was a automatic switched it to a manual 95 pedal assembly,
I get fuel,CAs, powe to coil packs and ignitor
Headlights Tailights, no reverse lights,
Gets Compression out the Exhaust but absolutely will not go to a idle,
i know i need to bypass the nuetral safety switch, where is it located? on the auto tranny --or next to the fusebox?
3 plugs next to the fuse box what are they
Grey
Grey -- i think is reverse lights
Brown
I believe i have to bypass a blk/yello and blk/white wire?

if i dont sound like i know what im talking about more than likely i dont lol im not a mechanic, so any input greatly helpful
also is there a metal gasket i need on the starter or just longer bolts? because it sometimes comes off or out of adjustment a lil bit

You said above you're getting power to the igniter and coil packs. If so, that means you're getting spark.
First question, spark or not?
You do have to disable the key capture interlock switch (or something like that) under the steering column, but all that would do is prevent you from removing the key from the ignition, it wouldn't affect starting the car.

sounds like something went sour. take it to doug hes pretty good with those things.

i would if i lived in NV but im in nebraska lol
ok, no spark, but when using a push button to the starter i get compression,
i cant get a ignition signal at all because there is nothing telling it to crank over at all,
Curiosity is
Plug on auto tranny? grey one that can be cut to fit the 5spd tranny or a harness maybe? next to fusebox?
Where is the nuetral safety at?
where is the key capture again im not a mechanic so i dont know where anything is located or anything, what color is it or whats it look like?
unless anyone has a detailed tutorial on S13 auto-manual ?
why would i wanto to disable the key capture anyways ?
IS there anything from the auto tranny i need like the nuetral safety switch ? if thats where it is at?

To answer the general questions, there is NO wiring other than the key capture switch that has to be done for the auto to manual swap. If you didn't do the key capture switch it wouldn't let you remove the key. It's the switch that tells the ignition column that the transmission is in park, therefore letting you remove the key.
Since you can put the key in the ignition and then remove it, this isn't an issue.
I'd lean towards a problem with your SR swap wiring. Without doing the wiring to the fusebox under hood correctly, nothing on the car will run since that box contains the starter relay, main relay, etc., etc.
Double check your wiring (8-10 wires?) by the fusebox. Heavy Throttle has a step by step on their site.
