from glancing at the flyer, it looks like its a car meet that you have to pay for? i dont understand.

Like i said i only know what the flyer says. I have been told that only db drag's and show/shine will charge which makes sense. Prolly something like eibach honda meet. every spot costs money due the amount of people showing up.

oh, alright, my bad. i ended up seeing the other thread after this one. i dont really know a whole lot about big meets like this. ive been to a hin one time im pretty sure they were charging for that.
thanks for the info. maybe 240's could go all together as a small force.

Here is the official website http://www.streetimportnights.com/

Lets all get involved and be apart of this. If we don't then we can't bitch and say nothing ever happens in Reno. This is a great time to get up and finish your ride if it is not done. Also, the details are being worked out with the GSR to have a drift competition for you slideways drivers.

This is going to be a true import show. No domestics! Only European and Asian.

240's represent!

PS. If this goes well this year, then next year we are going to work something out with Reno Fernley Race Way for a time attack and drift competition. :D

hmm, end of june... maybe my s13 would be running.
i dont really understand having drift comps though, i mean maybe if we had events and more drivers, but how many people are there that are actually into drifting up here?
i mean im sure you get guys from norcal or a couple local street guys that would show up and kill it( hopefully).
but it would be pretty lame to have a local amateur comp and have no local drivers.

This is more motivation to get my paint done this summer, and my holset, I could stand to go out and piss off some civics.
