Our first official NV240SX Club BBQ!

When: May 22, 2004 @ Noon 12:00PM (the day after the DD at LVMS)

Who: For our members and non-members. Bring your 240SXs and bring you're friends! We don't discourage other car's to chilling with us, come along, you all are welcome!
Why: It's almost been a month since the club has began and what a way to get to know one another but through a good ol' fashioned BBQ!

Pictures: We will be taking pictures of the everyone at the BBQ, so don't look too shabby :P. In addition to this, we will be updating our main page's banner with a picture of all the 240SXs that show up that afternoon. So please bring your cars so that it may be showcased with in our website!

Other notes: Please bring at least $5 dollars to cover the food and beverages. Bring food if you can! We'll be selling NV240SX.org decals there as well and if you bring some good eatin', we might consider giving you one for free! Lastly, bring your manners and be courteous to one another. This is all about having fun leave the drama at home. We'll be updating this page with the time and place it will be held so please refer to it often! Other than that, we hope to see you all there!!!

Well first off, for sure I'll be there early as well. I'm gonna be helping Doug's ace in hauling and cooking food. If anyone has questions or anything tell us, but please tell us if you're going to show up as well so we have an exact head count.

BTW, if you guys go to the drift event and you find that theres no more decals to go around and want one, bring money to the event anyways and give it to me so that I can try to have them made in the morning ready for the BBQ.

I'll try to bring some food, I'll figure it out that morning, hah!

I'll be there, probably early. I'll bring some 2 liter bottles of soda, some cups, and bags of chips.

Since I'm not too sure what everyone likes, probably a few bottles of coke, some sprite, and diet coke (screw you all, I like diet coke :)). Chips are totally at my whim.

I will bring charcol, lighter fluid, cooking utensils (not plates/sporks), and garlic salt.

I'll grab some more actual food with Joel right before the BBQ also.

this should be awesome with all these people coming along. we'll try to bring as much food as we can, but please bring in your own if you can. lets make it a potluck style bbq to make it an easy gathering. ;)
