Definitely joel...he's the resident photo-whooor.

OH peas!!!! Will you please take pictures of my car? I'm thinkin sometime after next monday (the first).. so I can wash my car and make it pretty for some pictures :) We should all go out and take pictures.. somewhere cool with a nice backdrop... preferably at night *if you take good night pictures*.. since my paint is so ugly :)

good wash + cleaner wax + real wax is your friend.
I'm up to take pix next week. Joel, give us a place and we'll go. Also, I'd like some pictures of my car without the mad-jdm angle to them, just regular 2/3's shots :)

^^ You haven't seen my paint. A new paint job = My friend.
Haha, My paint is real bad, there are some serious scratches on my drivers side.

Are they down to bare-metal?
If it's just surface scratches a heavy wax (such as meguiar's #9) may take them out (thanks go to Doug for this tip). Worst case you can always try to wet-sand the car. Time consuming as all hell, but if it saves a paint job, I'd say it's worth it.
Odds are when I have some time in the future I'll be taking a full day or two and wet-sanding mine. It was painted back in april/may, but the wet-sand should only help improve the overall look.

#9 is not wax.
Compounds are compounds
Polishes are polishes
Waxes are waxes

Looks photoshopped. Besides, I can't think of any parking garages near the mirage with that kind of unobstructed view.

Other than the MGM being nowhere near the mirage...
I still like the top of the NY-NY parking garage.
