What's up guys. I moved to vegas recently from southern california, Besides an 05 Prius, I drive a 93 240. I've been driving 240s for about 9 years and, up until recent years, was pretty active in the socal 240 community.
A little info on my car... It's a black 1993 rps13. Blacktop SR. ARC intercooler+Air Box. 180sx tails. Pivot Controller (sleepy eyes). Apex'i N1 Dual. Tein HR coilovers. FNO1R-C, hyper black, 17x8(f) 17x9(r). Nardi. Veilside. Willans. HKS. blah blah blah....
So question. This one will probably be reposted in another thread too, but any help would be appreciated. In moving here, I realize that I will eventually have to change over my drivers license and car registrations. Upon reading about the process, I came to the understanding that I'll have to get my cars smogged before I can change the registration and then they get smogged here every year? How is everyone working out with that. Obviously in my 'situation' smog testing is not really smiled upon. My registrations won't expire until half way into next year. Should I just try to ride it out and keep the cali license and plates? Or is it a relatively painless process here (anything is better than the California CARB ans smog right?!)?Thanks in advance!
Looking forward to meeting you guys. My schedule is kind of hectic so, if not in person, at least online.
