Already have them ordered, they should be here at the end of the month. I'd say $750 shipped for staggered FN01R-c's is pretty good :)

hey this is min... just wondering if you found out if those z32 calipers are aluminum or not... and about 30mm caliper clearance with fn01rc wheels...
I like the looks of original nissan calipers but $150 for loaded pair vs $300 used calipers? I think I'll buy the calipers this week if they are aluminum calipers..
let me know~ thanx..

Min,

I'm running the 26mm caliper setup, which came on the '91 300zx non-turbo ONLY. All other years and the '91 turbos were 30mm. The 26mm also happens to be aluminum, so I guess it's the best of both worlds :)

As for clearance for the 30mm, i'm not sure, but it would be real close. I personally would opt for the 26mm setup because i know it fits, plus I really doubt if the extra 4mm of rotor width would really help in the long run.

The loaded caliper info from autozone is below:
Part Number: 13-926061
Manufacturer: ARI
Unit Price: $141.99
Core Charge: $54.00

I got my rotors & conversion lines from Heavy Throttle in New York. Let me know if you have any other questions.

oh~ coo.... I see.. all the 26mm are aluminum... haha..
yeah.. checked out at autozone.. and thinking bout ordering master cylinder too.. and I probably order some lines and rotors either jspec or heavy throttle.. I think they are pretty much around $250-$300... so it's all good..
thanx for all those infos.. it's nite and day difference between reading all the articles about the swap vs hearing straight from someone who has done it!
you said it also clears the stock 15 inch rims? doens't really matter but just wondering if I can start the swap before my rims arrive.. it'll be couple weeks.. I believe....
thanx again..

Yeah, the 26mm calipers definitely clear the stock 7 spoke "teardrop" rims, or at least they did on my friends car back east. Worst case, if they don't, let me know and I've got a set of ~6mm wheel spacers you can borrow until your wheels show up.
