Well, as some of you know I was in a bit of a fender bender. More like a smashed bumper, hood and fender bender. Some lady thought it'd be funny to cut me off and slam on her brakes. Well anyways this happened a good few months ago and I've been rollin' around town with the Sportagé. Heres a few pics maybe 2 days before the accident.

I bought some circuit sports halo crap lights that I thought would be cool to make some sort of sleepy eye conversion with the stock lid on top. Looked okay but I wasnt satisfied.

At first I thought it was something I couldnt repair at all. I thought my car was toast but I just took a baseball bat to the radiator support and bent it back so it lines up fine now.

As far as replacing the parts that were smashed I really didnt like the vertex copy, its been played out for so long its not even funny. So I decided to go a completely different route.

As of right now I have 4 HID ballasts in my car. 8000k low beams and Pink High Beams. I dont have pics of the highbeams but it looks good, not too pink. Just a nice bright whiter pink.

I've been waiting weeks upon weeks trying to get fenders, brackets and the bumper sent to me but the company I went through sent only the fenders through UPS which ended up getting smashed in the mail

So I sent them back and waited a few more weeks for the rest of my shit to come in and at this point I have my fenders and bumper but no brackets.

In the meantime I thought I'd do a lil more to my car than just the crap I had to fix. So I bought some kouki tails off of zilvia since having a kouki wing with 240sx tails looks fucking stupid.

I bought some spacers since I'm getting my new works soon and need to fill that extra space.

I also needed a front mount and since I dont like getting ebay parts I decided to buy the new M-Spec GReddy fmic and for its price, its a very good fmic. I bought one of those westco batteries too since I didnt want to move the battery to the trunk.

haha yeah I still need to finish that. I took pictures of whatever I could finish last night. So far, the only parts that are actually bolted down is the hood and the drivers side fender. Anything else is an optical illusion haha :ph34r:

and sell the work stuff, man up and do the 5lug thing or xd9/xt7 come in 4lug, snag those. theres some 4 lug xt7 on zilvia for like 1100 w/tires or some crap. if you fix the fender gaps and bulge you might be able to pass by, but it needs all around changing to pull off the look right imo.

Trust me, I've seen every last picture of S13 fastbacks with s14 headlights and I think they look like garbage. The fender buldge bugs the shit out of me and doing a bunch of custom work on a 240 is retarded.

But I still think riding on +47 offset Sentra wheels and a knockoff spray painted vertex kit is worse.

Personally I've very sick of seeing pop ups and s13 silvia conversions so I opted for an s14 front.

I plan on buying some 5 lug hubs in the near future. I just could'nt stand the offset on the sentra wheels.

I agree with everyone I think it looks shit loads better on a coupe but the only ones I've seen on a fastback look like garbage. oem aero or with some fucking ugly ass spiderman kit.

Yeah, but they're ugly as sin.

Black hides body lines real well so I would'nt suggest it with a bright color.

the midget 180 wing is out of place with that front end, if you want oem, do like a r32 wing or supermade, and fenders are still horrible, (cut and reglass?) needs rears to even it out, but still it would need bigger wheels 18/18, wheels are not so great imo, but yeah, i think it'd be cheaper to go back to 180sx look. its all negative remarks, but hey i guess good job on scoring that 2 way?

You know I used to be all into pop-ups and basically being disgusted when seeing sil-eighties. But at this point I wanted to do something different. I was tired of seeing played out 240s with the same wheels and the same aero. Wheels are Work VS-SD. I've always liked similar wheels. VIP-ish or not, thats how I like my wheels. Chrome and flush, I had similar 15s.

Personally most nice wheels are played out, I wanted professors but its played out, I wanted VS-KFs but those are played out. I almost thought about buying sportmax's but I'd rather roll on steelies.

I dont know where you get the idea of where the whole conversion was expensive.
I bought my fenders/brackets for $130 the hood for $100 and the bumper for $200. The headlights I ended up keeping only cost me $100 and KA parts. Obviously, I didnt go way out of my way saved and dreamed of it for years. My headlights, fender and bumper got smashed so I new bought stuff on a whim.

It's not going to please everyone, in fact, the majority of people dislike me and my car. It's all good, its not like I give half a shit.

I bought them off racerwheel.com. However, Raceonusa has fenders that dont have a buldge. I bought the BMagic ones because they came with brackets and planned on buying the raceonusa after everything was setup.
