I was headed east on charleston towards rancho. There was a center median that had a turning lane in it for the people heading west to turn north. Traffic headed east in the left and middle lane were backed up to turning lane on the west side that turned north, so people had stopped and made room for the car to be able to turn since they couldn't go west. I was in the right lane headed west turning right onto rancho and it was completely clear, so I was doing the speed limit (45) and a Nevada Power truck wasn't able to see me coming and turned at the wrong time, so I t-boned him.

He got a failure to yield, and I got a totalled 240...and a gay pos non-turbo PT cruiser rental.
