Well I'm an old person now.
Condo is mine. Can't move in until Nov. 15th though.

Expect the first party...not kegger, remember I'm old now...2nd weekend of Dec., or so. :drink:
I hope to paint, buy some funiture, and maybe re-tile/carpet/fake wood the floors by then.
I NEED a roommate by Dec. 15th, this shit is expensive :o $400 + half utilities...about $50.
