Buying a 2 bedroom condo in the next month.
Figure rent on being around $400 a month for the smaller bedroom.
Utilities - I will not have cable or phone. If you want, its up to you. Just looking for half the power bill, almost $0 in the winter.
Most likely will be in the Southwest area. Flamingo/Rainbow area.
I'll ask for a very simple 6 month lease.
All I ask is common areas are kept clean and no keggers...a party or two is fine.
