Refer to using a tape measure to measure your head circumference and your current hat size when looking at the table.
On another note, if you're really serious about buying a helmet, try one out first in a store to properly size your head correctly. Once you discover your size, then you can go on EBAY or internet stores and order one and not have to worry about the size.
