As per Mando's recommendation, I gave Steve at Aloha Tinting a call and had my 240 done. What a great guy! Real detail oriented work, a positive attitude, and he uses quality film with a guarantee.

Yeah you gotta have your windows rolled up like a week before the tint adheres, so if you guys need tint nows the time!

? not out here....i use to tint windows....out here you only need to wait like a day.....they usually tell you 2 days cause they push down your window seals so they can tint below the seal, and if they are still down they might have the possibility of catching and pulling up. but generally speaking 1 good day in the sun and the film is cured.

I already had the back windows and hatch done when I bought the car, so I got 35% to match those on the front side windows and a grade lighter over the whole windshield (shhhhh...don't tell the coppers). $120 cash for the three windows. He used Suntec film and it looks really good. No hairs, creases or bubbles that I've found so far.

He said I only need to wait a day to roll the window down. Since I was doing front speaker work anyway, I had the door panel off and he said that made waiting a non-issue. I suggest taking your door panel off. Only takes 3 minutes and it makes his job ALOT easier, plus you can roll your windows down as soon as you like.

well as many people believe that tint cools cars...tint is actually an incubator of heat...black attracts heat...it does not repel it...therefore if you tint your car...it will actually get hotter on the inside than if u leave it just the windows with no tint

absolutly true unless you can afford "huper optic" it might be something worth checking out....but its expensive as shit.....most tint films use metalics that just heat up....but huper optic uses ceramic in there films.....huper optic actually reduces heat and blocks all uv rays and all that bullshit seriously like 300 times better than almost any other brand of film....its bad ass stuff.....but there was like only 2 people in town that can tint using it and can get a hold of it....and my old boss was one of them.
