for ka24de's are the tranny mounts the same for automatic and manual?

no that was not a dumb question. i used to ask the same question, and i found my answer. by tranny mount, are you referring to the crossmember or the bellhousing bolts where the tranny mounts to the engine..? the bolts are different for a 5 spd in both those places

two motor mounts + tranny mount....that mount...is it universal between 5 speed and automatic?

if you're doing 5sp swap make sure you get a new crossmember, that usually comes with a new tranny mount, otherwise use your old mount unless its trashed.

Not doing a 5 speed swap, my mounts are just trashed. I was looking to buy nismo and someone said they'd give me a good deal on all 3 mounts, but one was from an automatic tranny and we weren't quiet sure if it would fit.

So I guess it will, and i'll buy them then. :)
