man, i think this is the second time i was took out by an accord.
yeah, from time to time i misshift, but a lot of times these fwd machines
just go a little bit quicker than ours, enough to get ahead :(
anyone else with the KA have any street drag stories?

Joel I never really had any luck racing with my old KA. That does not mean they suck but with 0-60 time of a little over 8 seconds it just was difficult. The two things I know make a difference is doing an injen full pipe intake and the Apex N1 exhaust. It WILL add a little over 20 hp. This can be confirmed through Sport Compact Car original project 240 which was back in 1998. The only problem is this is not on their website at all. But I am good at remembering stuff.
Just two quick street racing stories,
a week ago I beat a mustang GT and a toyota Celica GTS. Take it easy.

Yeah, I beat an integra...he had an exhaust system also. This was before i found out that one of my cylinders wasnt combusting right, so i was running on 3 cylinders...haha. the second time i beat him again except i misshifted, but still beat him.

Oh yeah... my car is all stock too

believe it or not...hondas are pretty fukin slow once u get a SR or a CA...and all u guys tend to forget about that little 1.8 litre motor at times...dont think cause theyre 1.8 litres they arent worth swapping...CAs are just as easily built as theyre bigger SR brother...its a rev happy little motor that can take ALOT of revving (cast iron block)...all the bolt ons (ie:FMIC, boost controller, plugs, straight back exhaust etc etc) make just as much power on the CA as they do on the SR...so all u guys looking for a nice way to make good power the CA can be had ALOT cheaper than the SR and can have just as much done to it (i was originally going to do a CA swap...we just found my SR like a day before i was going to order my CA...i still plan on building a CA in my next S13 project) CA clips usually go for about $1200-1500 (depending on who u buy from)...CAs can be had brand new fully rebuilt from the UK with ease (since it came in the S13 til 96)

Not really a race story but a gril and a guy rolled up to me as I was exiting the freeway onto Cheyanne. They were asking about my car and asked if I was a drifter. I replied yes even if i have not competed. He asked me to pull a drift...so I did right in the middle of the road. Not a bad one either. Talk to yall later.
