Are we talking S14 T28 non BB?
Are we talking the S15 turbo, BB & all?
Are we talking RB (as in Skyline GTR)?
All good til about 14psi ~300hp
Either way $250 is a good price.

T28 will require new lines.
You can get custom stainless ones from Taka

T25 and T28's work with the same header.
T3 and T4's work with the same header.

I just worry about fitment issues. Hell I know I can just get a stock t28 from an s15 for 800.00 Granted there is always the disco potato but that will require a little more exstensive tuning. And I wonder...my ecu is already tuned. Do I need to send it back to get retuned if I do something as simple as changing the turbo?

You'll either be sending it back to Jim Wolf, or needing an AFC or other piggy-back to make it work.
This is all assuming you upgrade to larger injectors when you switch turbos. You're running 370's now, right? (or bigger?)

Out of curiosity, do you know what needs to be done?
I'd assume:
-custom lines
-reclock compressor housing
What else?

the turbo has the studs on it...so you need to A)get a studless manifold or B)drill out the stock studs on the stock manifold...you also need to use the SR O2 housing

I just stumbled across forced performance website. They will rebuild the stock T25 and shove T28 guts in it. They say it will flow up to 320 hp for about $800.00. No custom lines or anything.
