Light Still Stuck Up

Well, I tried replacing the motors, but all the light wants to do is go up, but not down, anything else I should try before talking this problem to a shop? Also, is that little clock in my cluster sussposed to be able to keep a set time? Mine restarts to 1:00 everytime my car is started, even with a new battery.

hmm, no clue about the lights.. they go up, but dont go down??

and yeah, the clock stays on 24/7 in my 240..

the switch on the dash is probably dirty, pull it out and clean it. if your clock restarts at 1:00 then something is wired wrong or the battery is being disconnected. the cluster should receive power to it even if the car is off to maintain the proper time.
if these two problems started at the same time i would be looking for a short in the wiring somewhere.

well it is just one light, the driver side one, and the clock has always been like that, didnt even turn on till I replaced the alternator, and I do not know if they started at the same time because originaly both lights would not go down, and for like a day they went down fine, but since one has had this problem.
