Nitrous Legality/availability?

I know all about nitrous in Cali, but having just moved here less than a year ago, what's Nevada law on nitrous use in your car?
How available is it for refilling here in Vegas?
Please don't chime in about how "unsafe" it is, or "that stuff sucks, fuck that shit", I just want to know how the authorities view it's use here.

We have the same law as California. Its illegal to use it on the streets. Ive been pulled over with my bottle and the officer always ask me to make sure the bottle was closed.
