after i start running a test pipe, everytime my car idles for awhile it starts to blow out white smoke. (and it kinda smells burnt) but a week ago i checked my radiator and found no oil in it. (but i changed tha coolant anywaiz) for some reason today it was blowing out mad smoke after i pulled it in tha garage, and after tha car cooled down i checked tha coolant and it felt a lil greasy >.< .. so i have a feeling my head gasket is blown. i've heard of this head gasket sealer they sell at autozone (tha ones that you pour in tha radiator after you flush it) and that could buy me some time. or else does anyone or any shop knows how to do a leak down test or a quick compression test? (autozone's compression tester sucks ass) worst comes to worst i might have to find a shop in vegas to replace the head gasket for me =[

this means you have blown turbo seals...the catalytic converter prevents the smoke from coming thru...now that youve removed it...the smoke can bellow outta yer exhaust freely...it sux dog balls i know...my seals have been blown for over 2 years now...just take yer turbo off...send it to cheapturbos.com or take it to a semi truck repair center here and town and have em replace the seals...should cost around 200-300 bones
of course if matt chimes in hell say "buy the kit and fix it yerself"...do yerself a favour and avoid the headache for fixing it yerself...if you dont know what yer doing then dont even TRY with yer turbo (not being mean in any way...turbos just arent something u wanna mess up)

and btw...if yer headgasget blew...youd find 50/50 mixed in with yer oil...oil mixed in with yer 50/50 and yer car would over heat like REALLY FAST!!! (you wouldnt be able to keep it running for more than 5 min without it over heating)
its more than likely yer turbo bro...its a VERY common problem with SRs/CAs...old motors and old seals

There are different places a headgasket can go at... Now if it's a case of white smoke water would pass through the piston and down into the oil and it's tough for oil and water to mix so I would look for a greyish residue on your oil cap to show signs of water in the oil... most likely it will be obvious tho. If the smoke smells like its burning and is greyish that would be oil in your exhaust. Even if you have a cat the smoke will come out... you cat cant work miracles lol and yes that would be your rear turbo seal. The best time for you to really diagnose that is upon deccel... So drive and slow your car down with your engine and smoke should pour out your exhaust the most at that point cause that puts the most pressure on that rear seal. Now another thing is to check your intercooler pipes for signs of oil residue... Oh and those autozone compression testers work just fine. Sometimes you get readings that are different on those but its different on every cylinder and as long as each one is tested the same way and the numbers are right next to each other you are fine. Pull all the plugs out the motor and pull the cas plug stick the tester in each cylinder turn over with the throttle fully open and done.

its yer turbo...check yer hotpipe...if yer turbos been burning oil for a while...then yer hotpipe will be pretty caked in oil...just incase u dont know...yer hotpipe is the pipe that leads from the turbo to the intercooler
